Balochistan is largest province in terms of area (,347,190 Sq.K Ms.) covering the 43 % of the country, less population (0. 80 million) & being the least development part of the country and lagging behind in all fields of life. No proper attention was taken to address the issues and finding remedies for its never-ending problems.  Strong civil society is need of hours to focus its issues & influence policy making for development oriented policies and interventions.  Tribal system is strong in the province,  the religious groups & feudalism is dominatin in the area, most of the stakeholder of society are being ignored, especially women are uneducated, the common people are not empowered politically, economically, lack of expression of freedoms, finally' Balochistan province is the deprived & marginalized part of Pakistan.

 Nasirabad is a district Balochistan province consist of 4 tehsil’s, 24 union councils andthe total population of the district is 0.350 millions. Nasirabad district is one of luckiest area of province that is having the irrigation system for agriculture & major part of the population is dependent on agriculture and livestock. 

Nasirabad district is back word area of province in fallowing reasons….. 

Youth of district is not being utilized toward the development process due to the non-availability of education, technical institution and sports facilities the in district.

Female literacy rate is very low due to old traditions and lack of awareness.  Maternal Mortality is ratio is high, due to no access to hospitals, professional Gynecologists and trained midwives. The displaced tribal people of area are facing extinction, the proportion of tribes living below the poverty line; Most of the homeless are migrant, poor, working as casual workers, rickshaw pullers and loaders. 

Hepatitis (Hbs) &Tuberculosis (TB) rate is high due to contaminated water, Human development in the district is  marked by sharp gender disparities, Lots of cases of honor killing are  being reported every year , Child labor is on peek , traditional patterns of agriculture is one of major hurdle in development of modern agriculture system.
